Terms of Use

You may use Songversations for personal, non-commercial game nights. You must be 13 or older. If you're under 18, play with a parent or guardian's permission.

The songs you pick and the stories you write stay yours. By sharing them in a game you allow the other people in that game, and us, to display them inside the app so the game can work. We don't sell your stories and we don't publish them outside your game.

Don't use Songversations to harass anyone, to share someone else's private information, or to post content that is illegal, hateful or sexually explicit involving minors. We may remove content or end access when this happens.

Songversations uses YouTube API Services to provide song-search results and video playback through YouTube's official embedded player.

By using Songversations features that access or display YouTube content, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of YouTube-powered features is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

YouTube content is provided and controlled by YouTube and its respective content owners. Songversations does not own, download, rehost or independently distribute YouTube audio or video. Songversations does not guarantee that any particular video will remain available, playable or included in search results.

You may not use Songversations to copy, extract, download or circumvent restrictions affecting YouTube content or the YouTube embedded player.

The game is free to play. A Party Pass unlocks everything for 24 hours as a one-time purchase. A Host Pass is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly, and renews until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Cancel any time — you keep access through the period you already paid for.

We work hard to keep the game up, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Game rooms expire after 12 hours of inactivity.

Songversations is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the game. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.
